These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nuru Clinic website (nuru.warkbook.com) and the services provided by Nuru Clinic, operated by Izolink Ltd. By booking a consultation or treatment, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Nuru Clinic is a medical aesthetic clinic registered and operating at 12 Station Road, Wokingham, RG40 2AB. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all treatments are delivered by clinicians registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) or Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Our medical director is Dr. Sarah Whitmore MBBS MRCGP.
Appointments can be booked online via our booking portal, by telephone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or electronic confirmation from us.
An initial consultation fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking. This fee is fully redeemable against the cost of your first treatment, provided the treatment takes place within 90 days of your consultation.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
All treatments at Nuru Clinic are subject to a thorough medical consultation and assessment of suitability by our clinician. We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment if we determine, in our clinical judgement, that it would not be appropriate, safe, or in your best interests.
All patients must be aged 18 or over. We will request proof of age if there is any doubt. We do not treat minors under any circumstances.
Prior to any treatment, you will be required to complete a medical history form and provide written informed consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time before the treatment begins. Once a treatment has commenced, withdrawal is not always possible and the associated clinical risks must be understood.
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, supplements and allergies. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of treatment and could result in adverse reactions for which Nuru Clinic cannot be held liable.
All prices are as listed on our price list page at the time of booking. Prices include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Treatment fees are non-refundable once a procedure has been performed, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 5.
Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and results may vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We will always discuss realistic expectations with you during your consultation.
Following treatment, you will receive written aftercare instructions. It is essential that you follow these instructions. We cannot accept liability for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your care, please contact us in the first instance at hello@nuruclinic.co.uk. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We take all clinical concerns extremely seriously and will investigate them thoroughly.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to our professional indemnity insurers or the relevant regulatory body (CQC, GMC, or NMC).
