Frequently asked questions

How do I book a consultation?
You can book using the contact form above, call us on 01189 000 000, or email hello@nuruclinic.co.uk. We also offer online booking through our booking system. Consultations are available Monday to Saturday — we’ll confirm your appointment by email within 24 hours.
Is there a consultation fee?
Yes — our initial consultation is £50. This fee is fully redeemable against the cost of your first treatment if you decide to proceed on the same day or within 3 months. The consultation includes a full medical assessment, skin analysis, and personalised treatment plan with no obligation to proceed.
Where are you located and is there parking?
We are located at 12 Station Road, Wokingham, RG40 2AB — a 2-minute walk from Wokingham train station. Free off-road parking is available directly outside the clinic. We are also served by regular bus routes from Reading, Bracknell, and Sandhurst.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your consultation begins with a thorough medical history review and a discussion of your aesthetic goals. Our practitioner will conduct a clinical assessment and — where appropriate — a 3D skin analysis. You’ll leave with a clear, personalised treatment plan. There’s absolutely no pressure to book anything on the day.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
Yes — we offer 0% finance options for treatments over £300, allowing you to spread the cost over 6 or 12 months. Subject to status. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also accept BACS bank transfer for larger treatment packages. Gift vouchers are also available.
How long do treatments take?
Treatment times vary by procedure. Most injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle, fillers) take 20–45 minutes including preparation. Microneedling and chemical peels typically take 45–75 minutes. All treatments include a post-procedure review and aftercare briefing. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your first appointment at any new treatment type.
Are all treatments medically supervised?
Yes — every single treatment at Nuru Clinic is prescribed and administered by a GMC or NMC registered medical professional. We never use non-medical practitioners. Our team holds Level 7 qualifications in aesthetic medicine and our clinic is CQC registered and regularly inspected.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rescheduled an appointment, so we can offer the slot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a £30 late cancellation fee. We understand that genuine emergencies happen — please just contact us as soon as you can.
